As you have secured 2447 sc category rank, then your general rank is more than 10000. And as per seeing the last year cutoff closing ranks for there is less chances for you to get good government colleges.
For example you cannot get some to government college like - IET lucknow, biet Jhansi, etc.
Because, for getting seats in these colleges with your sc category you rank must be under 600 or 700.

But with this much rank you have chances to get uiet Kanpur, which is a good government college.
