congratlations ! so, the CAP round for MHT CET 2019 has already started from first week of june 2019 and will continue to third week of june as during 4th week of june category wise seats for round 1 will be displayed and the merit list will be declared in that very week. and regarding jee main registration it will commence from second week of june n online mode. so yes you can fill both of them one by one.
