Urgent--got admission in b.com hons in 8th cut off i want to change in 9th cut off how can I change and is principal can help for change

Yes, you can surely change you college in 9th cut off. For this you have to withdraw your admission from current college and cancel it. And have to college you orignal documents from there, after that you can take admission in 9th cut off in other college.
