Dear student,

To study MBBS you typically need to complete 10+2 (HS)  with science stream subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology and secure a qualifying score in an medical entrance exam such as NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test).  In majority of the MBBS programs in India clearing the entrance exam is mandatory for admission .The eligibility  criteria will depend on the college and state .Some colleges might have higher cutoffs than the other and your quota will also be a major factor in determining your admissions throughout cutoffs.
