No need of paying any fee to go for second couselling you can directly attend web counselling ,and if you got any seat in first couselling if you would like to hold your seat then you need to do all payment process to hold your seat that's it no need to pay any money for second couselling if you willing to attend

If you have already done 1 St phase counseling then there is no need to pay. If you didn't 1st phase counseling then you have to pay and go for certificate verification at help centres.
