Weak intermolecular forces are present in a. Ice b. Water c. Naphthalene

Water

since the bonds are in the most stable form and have very less intermolecular forces.

Where as in ice the atoms are same but the physical form is changed whoch is cased by the help of intermolecular forces which have developed due to low temprature.

On the other hand naphthaline has many unstable bonds and have a large number of intermolecular forces

The ans is ice but actually i think it should be naphthalene cuz it evaporates at room temp and moreover ice just melts at room temp. So naphthalene changes directly in gaseous state and ice in liquid state
