Currently doing forensic science in India is good. many institutions offer masters in forensic science which are good and help the students to study aur work abroad. institutions like Osmania University or Amity University are really good. But if you still persist and going abroad I would recommend any colleges in United Kingdom for United States as they are known for their reputation. In the end it's on you whether you want to study here or abroad.
