Hello,

First, the eligibility criteria  for the BSc in nursing: you need to get minimum marks of 40-45% in the 10+2 class as an SC category student, and your subjects should be physics, chemistry, and biology with English. As for the fees, it will depend on the institutes where you will apply for this program as an SC category student.

I hope it will clear your query!!

For a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Nursing, eligibility requires passing the 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) with a minimum of 45% (or 40% for reserved categories) and being at least 17 years old.

Fees vary significantly, ranging from approximately INR 15,000 to  INR 50,000 per year in government colleges to INR 80,000 to 3,00,000 per year or more in private colleges. SC category students may qualify for fee concessions or scholarships through state and national schemes, but the exact fee depends on the specific institution.

Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualification:

You must have completed 10+2 (Class 12) with a Science stream, including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Minimum Marks:

A minimum of 45% aggregate marks in your 10+2 exams is required. (Some colleges may have higher requirements, and for reserved categories, a slightly lower percentage might be accepted.)

Fee Concessions and Scholarships for SC Category

Government Schemes:

SC category students can often avail of financial assistance, scholarships, or fee concessions provided by the government.

Specific Scholarships:

Look for scholarships like the Post-Matric Scholarship for Minority Communities or the Merit-cum-Means Scholarship, which are available through portals like the National Scholarship Portal (NSP).

State Government Schemes:

In Haryana, and other states, there are specific scholarships available for SC students enrolled in nursing program
