It's very good, infact this is the primary reason you should select Msrit MCA.

There are specific companies which come only for MCA Students which is awesome.

Some companies ask for 60% throughout not all.

I got placed in company with 7.2 p.a with no 60% throughout.

Study hard but learn smarter tricks to crack interviews.

Many of my classmates with less CGPA and no aggregate 60% throughout got placed in companies where package was 4+ p.a

So it all depends on you. Remember the placement policy is little stringent and you may have difficulty with that, so choose your interviews wisely.

It's less compared to B.tech in number of companies who go there to hire MCA people. But you find ample number of opportunities to get into 1. Just focus on your skills, update resume, and lil something when compared to other guys in your batch.

There is a separate department for placements. They make sure you are given all facilities that are required to get the job.

Finally it depends on you.. If you have the skill ,right attitude, self-confidence then you will surely get the job .so I would suggest you to participate in workshops, activities related to your branch, don't just mug up textbooks, have practical knowledge and project experience, make your own small projects these are helpful for your placements.
