Established in 2007, Zeal College of Engineering and Research (also known as ZCOER )  is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)  and approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).

Teachers conduct tests from time to time to check whether students are concentrating on classes or not.
