Candidates who doesn't get any seat in the first round of PGCET 2019 are not required to exercise any choice entry and are eligible to participate in subsequent rounds.
Also, if the seat is allotted to candidate in the second round then the fee paid in the earlier round is adjusted. Refer the links:
