what all india rank can i expect with score 573 in NEET 2019?

Dear Sir/Ma'm, a score of 573 is really appreciable in an entrance examination like NEET UG. With this core, you can expect an All India rank of around 3,000-5,000 if you are a general category student. While your All India rank will go down more, if you belong from any reserved caste.

Everybody is not safe now. Even with 604 marks, I don't feel safe about a seat since my rank is 6684. So to be totally honest, don't expect any thing this year...
