It depends on the following factors :

1. Your interest. Whichever college you take admission in, it's ultimately your interest and dedication that makes you successful. So, look for your interest. Both the branches are good.

2. Your convenience. Choose the college whose timings suit you and that which is near to your house.

As far as placements, campus and faculty are concerned, AIACTR is better than GB PANT. And besides you have the option of changing your branch in AIACTR from ece to Cse if you want. So, go for AIACTR if it is convenient to you.
