MMS, an abbreviation used for Master of Management Studies is a two-year professional course in Management.
Specializations are usually offered in areas of finance, marketing, operations, human resources, and systems
. The course study acts as base work for one to have doctoral level courses in Management. Further, the candidate can obtain a lucrative career in their interested domain of specialization.
PGDM on the other hand, is also a two year management degree offered by autonomous colleges ( AICTE approved )which is more industry oriented like an MBA degree.
A PGDM program prepares the students for the forthcoming challenges and roadblocks in the business world. There are not only classroom lectures, but a lot of exposure to the real world.
You can decide better only after retrospecting about what you want to do in the future. Both courses have their distinct benefits.
