Hi Tushar,
MMS, an abbreviation used for Master of Management Studies is a two-year professional course in Management.Specializations are usually offered in areas of finance, marketing, operations, human resources, and systems. The course study acts as base work for one to have doctoral level courses in Management. Further, the candidate can obtain a lucrative career in their interested domain of specialization.PGDM on the other hand, is also a two year management degree offered by autonomous colleges ( AICTE approved )which is more industry oriented like an MBA degree. A PGDM program prepares the students for the forthcoming challenges and roadblocks in the business world. There are not only classroom lectures, but a lot of exposure to the real world.
You can decide better only after retrospecting about what you want to do in the future. Both courses have their distinct benefits.
Hope it helps
good luck!
