Dear Sankha,

B.Pharma is an 4 year course. The fees for this course is around INR 95,000 per annum. You'll get into this course through the entrance exam and you will need to pay the amount asked by the college. Giving entrance exam won't reduce the amount. You will need to pay only the amount that is asked by the college.
