There are several PSUs which took their own entrances .So you can go for that.

Almost all PSUs have end up the application process.If you haven't applied till now then you are too late.

Counselling of IITs and NITs have started few day ago.

You have less chances for IITs .You can get NITs easily.You may apply for that.
