what are my chances of IIM's as I have an above average academics record and no job experience?

The selection criteria various according to institutes. For some institutes cat score is given a greater weightage whereas for others personal interview or your past academic record holds a greater weightage. But if you are a fresher you would need to have a percentile above 97 to get calls from the top colleges. The top three ABC and also FMS would not call you probably if you don't have 98+. With 96+ you would have a shot at the new IIMs.

What I would suggest is going through each colleges' selection criteria to get a better idea. Also prepare as well as you can and give as many mock tests as you can. A good percentile with a good profile will get you calls from many good colleges.
