The qualifying marks change every depending on various factors like no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now for a Candidate belonging to General Category, the cut off is atleast 50 percentile of top NEET score and it is 40 percentile for OBC,SC,ST. And in 2019, the qualifying marks increased by 15 marks. And that looked like this:
UR: 134-701
OBC,SC,ST: 107-133

Now the availability of seats will decrease the cut offs. And for 2020 as many as 26 Medical Colleges have been approved. Considering all this, the qualifying marks might change by more or less 10-15 marks.
