I really don't understand your question.

MD Obstetrics and Gynaecology & CAT are two different things and they aren't related to each other in any way.

*MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology* is a 2-year full-time postgraduate course in medicine. The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing the course is the successful completion of MBBS from an institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or any of the State Medical Councils, and with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.

Admission to the course is based on the candidate’s performance in a relevant entrance exam.

*CAT* or *Common Admission Test* is the most popular national level management entrance exam conducted by Indian Institute of Management for admission to 20 IIMs and more than 100 B-schools across India.

*The chances of getting Obstetrics and Gynaecology in JIPMER is 0%, based on your rank in CAT,* if that is what you mean.

_A ST candidate needs to obtain atleast 40 percentile in relevant entrance test to get clinical seat in JIPMER PG._
