If you are a general sorry to say but you can't get into nits.but you can get admission in state govt engineering colleges easily.

There is no chance even for St category to get admission in any NIT or IIIT in 76.5 percentile.

In 76.5 percentile you rank would be around 29000-30000.And the closing rank for NITs or IIITs is around 3000-4000.
