• Passport size photograph in the prescribed dimensions and size
• Class X mark sheet (Attach in case of offline submission of application form)
• Valid e-mail address along with a working personal mobile number
• Demand Draft (in case of offline submission of the application form)
• Online payment methods/Credit card /Debit card (for online submission)

Alongwith these some basic information required like names of guardians,  academic information and address etc.
