For B. Tech

To get admission into undergraduate courses in NIT you have to fullfill following criteria

1. A minimum aggregate of 75% in 12 std.

2. A vaild score in JEE MAIN.

For M. Tech 

To get admission into postgraduate courses in NIT you have to fullfill following criteria

1. A minimum of 60 % aggregate in all semesters.

2. A vaild GATE score.

In order to take admission in NIT ROURKELA, you should have bring minimum of 75%of marks in higher secondary school examination conducted by respective boards and you have to qualify jee mains with good rank in under 30000.
