It depends on the difficulty level of the paper...

According to 2017,

The cutoff for jee mains is..

General81
OBC-NCL49
Scheduled Caste32
Scheduled Tribe27
PWD01

But cutoff is just to qualify for jee advance..

You need more marks to get a seat in NITs...
