There are various options for you such as you can apply for various companies such as BHEL, NTPC. CDAC, ECIL, SAIL etc, or there is scope in private companies, you can also go for short term professional courses such as VLSI, robotics, fibre optic technology, PLC, SCADA  etc, you can learn programming languages, computer hardware, cisco network administration, there are also recruitment for diploma engineers in SSC/Railways which you can try for. you can also consider going for BSc in your desired field, however the best option for you will be if you can complete your btech as it open lot more job oppportunities.
