There is no such tips to become genius. It depends on people to people. I can only mention some points which can improve your personality and you will be a better person and can improve your skills

• Always have confidence on yourself
• Don't be afraid to tackle any situation
• Aceept your defeat
• Try to improve yourself
• Do not try to see others and do things, see the inner side of yourself and try to do those things accordingly
• Try to be self motivated, don't try any other source of motivation, those are temporary
