At this rank chances will be tough to get a seat in govt colleges for CS Branch.

You can try for private college admissions and even go for state counselling to get a seat.

Based on your JEE Main rank for CSE branch through JoSAA Counselling chances would be tough. In my opinion  you can try for state counselling where JEE Main rank is acceptable like Uttarakhand, UP etc and also for private colleges.
