Congratulations on getting good ranks in both the exams. When it comes to JEE Mains, I am sorry but you will not be eligible for any government college, not even lower level IIIT's. You can try for some private colleges like BIT Mesra and UPES Dehradun. When it comes to UPSEE , you will again not be able to get a government college for CSE but you are eligible for getting JSS Noida for CSE. Choose your option wisely. All the best!
