Greetings naresh!

Well HR is an important role and job in companies/ organization. And a HR is suppose to be internet and computer savvy.  Things you should know to be a HR are :-

  • MS software knowledge such as :- MS word, MS Excel, etc.
  • power point presentation
  • working of various online vedio Calling applications
  • you should know to handle social media.
  • you should know how to answer to quarries and emails
  • you should know how to search database on internet to recruit various candidates to different job profile
  • You should know how to take interview in order to select candidates

Different organisations will require different skills According to their requirements but these are some basic things one should know.
