Hello Suresh,

As per the notification released by the NTA regarding economical weaker section quota (EWS)  only general candidate(whose family income below 8 lpa) are able to get benefits during the seat allocation by Jossa counseling. This means that students belonging to the EWS category will have 10% of the total seats alloted to general category students reserved for them. They will benefit as they will be able to compete for both the general category seats as well as the EWS category seats where the competition will be less.

As for your question, right now nobody can predict the cut off as this is the first time that admissions will include EWS quota. Next year there would be a clearer picture.
