If you are afresh candidate with no seat allotted in previous round, you will have an option to Freeze and pay a Confirmation Fee of Rs 20000 if you belong to General/OBC category if you belong to SC/ST category then you need to pay  12000. Seat Confirmation information will be generated after confirmation of seat.

If you have selected to Float the seat allotted in previous round the Then the new Allotted Branch will be auto freezed, Seat Confirmation information will be generated. The Seat Acceptance & Confirmation Fee of Rs 20000.00 for General/OBC-NCL candidates and Rs 12000 for SC/ST category will be transferred/adjusted to/with the allotted Institute.

After that you need to Physically Report at the Allotted Institution on the specified date as mentioned in the Counselling schedule. The physical reporting for round 4 seat allotment can be done on November 15, 2021 and November 16, 2021 as per the schedule.
