what do if I have made mistake while selecting the options for self declaration while downloading the amit card... actually I have selected the option no for b part where they where asking about not u under mandatory quarantine.. but I have done nothing wrong on admit card..

I don't think you should worry about that much. If you have been Covid positive then you should have answered yes in the part b asked. But as you were not Covid positive it's appropriate that you have typed No.
I don't think that there will be any problem.
So don't worry.
