Micro presentation is nothing but just a fancy term of a small interview panel. Two or more professors would be sitting in front of you. They will assign you a topic  and about that topic you have speak for around 1 or 2 mins. This is nothing, but to chack your confidence. Topics comprise of latest general topics such as COVID-19 (latest topic). To prepare, just keep reading and watching the news and gather more information about the same.
