There's no one common entrance examination for BCA.

So, entrance examination /admission process will vary depending upon the college you are asking about in Delhi

But yes,

In general there are two major university  in Delhi University and Indraprastha university i. e IPU to which most of the colleges in Delhi are affiliated.

Now,

DU doesn't offer BCA.

But IPU offers BCA.

So,

You can appear in IPU CET and qualify it to get admission in BCA in delhi colleges. But do remember not all delhi colleges will accept it, only those affiliated to IPU will accept it, there's no  common state level entrance for BCA in Delhi. Even entrance is not mandatory, many colleges offer admission based on 12th marks for Bca
