What happens if I get a seat allotted in AIQ but I don't want to join that college and go for state counselling instead.

When you get allotted, you have to report to the respective college to confirm your admission and pay the fees. You'll be given a time interval between which you have to report to the respective college and get done with it. If you fail to do it then your admission will be cancelled.

Yes Aiq counselling and state counselling are different you can join state counselling without registering in Aiq counselling
