Hello Aspirant,
If the seats remain vacant in NEET UG counselling of Karnataka even after mop-up round then the seats are transferred under the rights of respective institutions and then 4th round which is called as Stray Vacancy round is conducted by different institutions at their own institutional level. No fresh registration are accepted for Stray Vacancy round. For this round usually the candidates who did not get any seat allotted during the earlier three rounds of counselling, will get there chance as per their marks in NEET UG.
