Hope you doing well, First of all try to make a schedule when you want to study if you are a  night bird then study at night and make a time table accordingly make a time stamp from this time to this time you will be studying maths or physics or chemistry whatever you want if you are a early morning bird then make your time stamp according to it and you would be ready in 4 months
