First of all in India there NO such course to make you an astronaut.
To want to work with isro then there are so many routes. But I can tell you about only one route. You finish your b.tech with isro college at T. Puram in Kerala.
For that perform well in the JEE mains and in JEE advance.

So sir are there courses in other countries for astronaut training programme..if so where and what can class 12 student do from now..??

No country has any such programs to make astronaut. Russia and the US selects people based on the what type of research work to be done in the space and train them to be at the space. If you think that there is a course that you can finish and go to space then sorry; there is no such course. Broadly speaking you should Google and learn first.
But sir if want to go to space what I do after 12th
Not a course but any other way to do research about space I am living in Punjab. I can't go to Kerala to work with isro
Also sir if I want to work with NASA then How can I do that
