Hey Arman!
You will not be given any marks for a question in which you marked two options in the same question and crossed out one of them. Even if the answer you filled without crossing was right, you will not receive any marks for this question, and if the answer is incorrect, no marks will be removed as negative marking. It will be dealt with in the same way that an unanswered inquiry is dealt with.
