First of all you cannot get admission in any college without passing 12th even if you top GUJCET or any  other exam.Now,merit list of GUJCET is prepared based on the GUJCET score and marks in the 12th standard examination. 60% of the weightage is given to 12th marks, while 40% is based on the GUJCET score.So, you can see the importance of 12th marks in huge so you will have to appear for 12th again and you need to get good marks.

To get admission in any college for your bachelor's degree you must have passed in all subjects in class 12.If you have failed in one subject and appeared in supplymentary and passed in that subject then you will be eligible to get admission provided you must fulfill the eligibility criteria.Few institutes only give admission if candidate passed in class 12 in one go.
