what if i get top rank in IIT and NEET and get seat in both

Yes If you possible to crack both exam with top ranking you can get colleges based on your score.

As doing two professional courses at time is not possible considering both are form different category so if you enjoy tech you can go with BTech and if you have more interest in biology you can go for any medical courses

For getting a top rank for IIT, you need to get the top rank in JEE Advance. For getting a top rank in NEET, you need to get best marks in it.

Although you can get a seat in both IIT and NEET as their counselling are totally different, at last you will need to choose one from both of them and would be able to pursue only one.
