In NEET counseling, if you get BDS in round 1, you should grab it. But, if in the next round or MOP you get an MBBS seat, you always have the option of upgrading your course.

However, if you want to go for the mop round, you will have to give up your Dental (BDS) and the security amount shall be secure. But if you accept the Dental College, then you won't be able to participate in the mop round.
