Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Around 1 lakh All India Rank is approximately 400-500. With this score it might be tad difficult for a seat in Government BDS College. And it also largely depends on the State you belong to. So you should target atleast 550 and above.
