To retrieve lost registration number, the candidate has to click on Retrieve JEE Advanced registration number link and log-in using the following details: JEE Main Roll Number DOB Click on the "Display JEE Advanced Registration Number" button that appears on screen. The registration number of the candidate will be displayed on screen, which the candidate may note down.

Hello,

if one loses any important details then have to contact helpdesk of the board to help you provide those details again. Better not to lose it. keep hard copy and soft copy both safely until the process gets completed.

every document should be kept safely as every thing will be needed at some point of time. at that making the document again will be a time taking process. So keep documents safely.
