Through JEE Advanced you can enter inti IIT's but through JEE Mains you can enter into NIT's,IIIT's.Reputation of IIT's is huge.The faculty,infrastructure etc are extraordinary in IIT's.Placements are also very high in IIT's.In all aspects JEE Advanced has upper hand into comparision to JEE Mains
