Hello.,

NTA approves both All india quota and state quota for NEET qualified students which means a student can apply for medical college seats in other state also. But All India quota does have 15% reservation for all the candidates.

For example: If you have scored 600+ and you are from Hyderabad and want to study in AIIMS Delhi then you can apply for All india quota in AIIMS Delhi. Similarly with other states too.

Karnataka private medical college fee structure may vary differently for different colleges but the minimum fee can be 1.5 lakh per annum.
