What is collective responsibility?

Hello,

The definition Collective Responsibility implies that all the council members of Ministers are jointly accountable to the Government of the State for the decisions made by them.When the Cabinet makes a decision, all ministers are collectively responsible for protecting the decision. For instance, It is a joint responsibility at the company  to make sure that by the end of their  working hours, all employers gets all their work done in a timely manner. Another easy example to you is, the  collective responsibility will be held with  all the students who are formed into a batch for a project.
