Hey,

The rate of  flow of electrons in any electric circuit across a conducting medium from a point or region is known as current. It is measured in ampere and it is the S.I of current.

Ammeter is the instrument which is used to measure the rate of flow of electrons from a point or region and it is always applied in series to the circuit.

I hope this helps.

All the best!

Hi

Current is defined as the amount of charge flowing per unit time through a wire or any conductor, in electric circuits, this charge is electrons moving through a wire.
In simple words current is the rate of flow of electric charge.

Ammeter is a device which is used to measure the amount of current flowing through a wire or in conductor ,
To measure the current Ammeter is connected in series with a device to measure

Thankyou
