Hello Chaitanya, Let me try to differentiate, these for you...

General Management - is the combination of many MBA courses such as HR, Leadership, strategic, finance, accounting, and others... Job for such profile - Professor, General Manager, Team analyst, Senior operating manager, Consultant, project manager and so on...

Specialisation - means will be expertise in that one specific field, whether finance, supply and chain management, Logistic management, HR and others. For example, for MBA in Finance job available are finance adviser, finance operator, policy developer, operation Manager and so on

Hope you find your answer.. all the best

Hi
According to me , the difference is if we talk about general so it means the knowledge of all are in MBA and if we talk about specialization so it means you are specialized in this area which is the part of MBA like MBA in finance so most probably you will get the job of finance so you have sufficient knowledge in particular area or field.
I hope you will understand
Thank you
