A candidate must secure 60 percent or more marks in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

The candidate must have passed English as a subject of study at the Senior School Certificate Examination Level (Core or Elective).

The candidate must have passed in each subject separately.

RELAXATION IN MARKS IN QUALIFYING EXAMINATION

OBC-NCL category: 5% relaxation
SC, ST category: 10% relaxation
